Reservation policies

The reservation policies below are applicable to all bookings made with Croisières Le Coudrier and for all modes of reservation. Croisières Le Coudrier reserves the right to remove, cancel, modify a cruise for security purposes, bad weather or other reasons relevant by Croisières Le Coudrier.

For security reasons, Croisières Le Coudrier reserves the right to limit access to its boats only to those who, according to the officer in charge, are capable of taking the cruise.

• Reservation Mandatory for any cruises,
• Schedules, prices and ships are subject to change without notice.
• Administration fee of 3$ per phone reservation.
• No refund after reservation.
• Credit card number required for booking.
• Payment will be taken on that credit card at the earliest 24 hours before the cruise.
• A confirmation number will be mentioned for any booking. Please keep it for any reference purpose.
• Senior 65, students and FADOQ members must mention it when booking and must present an identification card at the ticket office.
• 15% FADOQ discount applicable on the sightseeing cruise only.
• Please be present at the ticket office minimum 30 to 45 minutes before the departure.
• The boarding ticket will be delivered in person at the ticket office the day of your cruise.
• 10$ fees will be charged for your bicycle transportation.
• Rates can change without prior notice according to the fluctuation of fuel prices.
• Prices do not include taxes.
• Bilingual service.
• Operating from May to October.

It is unfortunately difficult for us to accommodate people being able to move only in wheel chair for the following reasons:

• At low tide, the descent that gives access to the ship becomes very abrupt and difficult for a wheel chair.
• The restricted space in the ships does not allow to pass a wheel chair by the entrance doors, neither to offer adapted sanitary facilities. Therefore, we can not offer a safe transport for these people.
• In case of evacuation or emergency, it can be difficult to do emergency procedures with a person who can't walk or move herself.
